Rex Specs V2 is the latest version of Rex Specs dog goggles. The first version of these goggles for dogs has been tested for many years. The dog glasses have been part of everyday life, they have been tested in service and during hardships - and beaten properly… V2 is the result of all the lessons that the experience of the first version has given.
The update to the new version V2 means a better fit, a more stable construction, wider field of view (they do not limit the dog's field of view), a lower profile, and a new fresh design. Rex Specs V2 lenses (including the transparent one) protect against 99.9% of all UVA and UVB radiation, the lenses are made of polycarbonate. The lenses are also approved according to ANSI Z87.1-2010 for impact resistance (American National Standards Institute).
Rex Specs V2 dog goggles have what it takes to protect your dog no matter what mission or adventure you embark on. Whether it is CQB, helicopter transport or other adventures such as cycling, running, dragging, skiing, sailing, bare ground training, etc. We have together with the dog boarded helicopters that whirl up debris, dust and gravel, and accidentally hit the dog with a stick while skiing. For us, it is completely obvious that the dog should have good eye protection.
Each pair of dog glasses, comes with a clear lens and a dark lens. It also comes with a microfiber storage bag with the Rex Specs logo on it. The storage bag also has a compartment where you store the lens that is not currently in use.
